CONFIDENCE FOR THE FUTURE!
Is your glass half full or half empty right now? Are you seeing the potential to recreate yourself over these last few weeks or has your attitude taken a tumble?
A baseball cap I saw at a Promise Keeper’s Conference back in the 1990’s said, Attitude is everything… Always positive.
Sure, bad things are always going to happen, but the important thing is how we respond.
At TWG, we are continuing to interface with our clients without being physically present. I have always liked face to face encounters the best, but communicating via other means is ok. We’ve done that for years.
Yesterday, we conducted an office meeting via Zoom. We missed our Realtors and staff so much, and needed to connect with them. Just seeing their faces and hearing their words of wisdom encouraged Becky and I greatly. We all learn from each other and Zoom will ensure this will continue until we can meet face to face again.
Although Becky and I miss the YMCA, we are walking and biking more. Just being outside is energizing. We love Heritage Park, one of Lenawee County’s jewels! Maybe you do too. Our Jennifer is home from NYC and we love hanging out with her. What a joy she is! There is certainly time for more reading and writing. And, I am finally organizing my workshop!
If we count our blessings and not complain about the current state of affairs…
If we celebrate what this time of stress is accomplishing in and through all of us as we work together for solutions to the issues before us…
If we resolve that we will not become victims in this struggle and focus on what we will personally and corporately learn through this difficult time…
If we truly believe that “No weapon formed against you shall prosper…”Isaiah 54:17”
Then… we will be much better equipped to handle the next crisis from anyone or anything.
