The Lenawee County Real Estate market is performing very well as we move into the prime buying and selling season.


Although interest rates have slightly increased, there are more and more buyers out there competing for a small number of homes in the Lenawee County realty market.

$14,650,000 across 80 units was the collective volume for homes sold in Lenawee County in March.

Three-bedroom homes were in the highest demand in March with 41 sold. This equates to 12 more sold than the previous month.

Five-bedroom home sales were up 60% from February, with an average increase of about $100K.

Homes were on the market for an average of 40 days, down from 58 in February.
