In the month of August, we saw an increase in the average listing price AND average selling price! We anticipate seeing that continue at a steady pace. It is still a seller’s market. With homes that are priced right, we are seeing multiple offers and escalation clauses. We are continuing to see those numbers increase as the demand for inventory is still large. The only difficulty we are witnessing is the drastic shortage of available inventory for interested buyers to purchase. Interest rates continue to remain low and this is driving a lot of the re-finance and new purchase activity.
