Meet Kallie Decker! She joined the Wagley Group in August of 2026. Kallie will be assisting Joe with his buyers and sellers, as well as doing many administrative and marketing tasks in the office. If you call our office, Kallie will likely be the person who answers your call.
Kallie has lived in Lenawee County most of her life. She has dabbled in the mortgage and title insurance industries, so you may already know her. She has also spent some time in real estate and still has a real estate license which is currently in holding with The Wagley Group.
Real estate became Kallie’s passion at a young age. She was looking to buy a house at only 18 years old. But she decided to get married first. Kallie and her husband purchased their first house two years later. Priorities, right?
Being homeschooled and growing up on a hobby farm, has made Kallie a self-starter, entrepreneur, and go-getter. Church events, 4H programs and local community outreach events are still important values to Kallie today.
